如何運作：

學生：如果你希望在校內成立小組，請先與你的老師分享這個想法，並邀請老師擔任顧問。接著，聯繫協會，我們將與老師攜手協助你們成立小組。

老師：您可以結合現有的環保學會、課外活動帶領學生參與。

你的舞台：以學校為基地，但行動不設限！你們可以從改善校園環境做起，也可以帶領同學走出校門，將綠色影響力延伸至社區。

Right on Your Campus: For students and teachers who want to initiate action at school.

How It Works:
-
Students: If you wish to start a group on campus, first share this idea with your teacher and invite them to act as an advisor. Next, contact the Institute; we will work together with your teacher to help you establish the group.

Teachers: You can integrate this into existing environmental clubs or extracurricular activities to lead student participation.
-

Your Stage: Based at school, but action knows no limits! You can start by improving the campus environment, or lead your fellow students outside the school gates to extend your green impact into the community.

模式一：參與小組 ── 先體驗，再行動
Mode 1: Join a Group ─ Experience first, then act.

適合對象：初次接觸、年紀較小，或者想先輕鬆體驗的孩子。

你能做什麼：

報名加入一個現有的小組，認識新朋友。

跟隨協會的腳步，每月參加一次有趣的環保活動（如工作坊、參觀）。

收穫：這是一個專注於「體驗」與「學習」的起點。你可以在過程中打開眼界，了解如何愛護環境，建立信心後，隨時可以挑戰下一步。

Who this is for: Beginners, younger children, or those who want a relaxed introduction.

What you can do:

Sign up to join an existing group and meet new friends.
-
Follow the Institute’s lead and join a fun monthly environmental activity (e.g., workshops or visits).

What you gain: This is a starting point focused on "experiencing" and "learning." Throughout the process, you will broaden your horizons and understand how to care for the environment. Once you have built your confidence, you are welcome to take on the next challenge whenever you are ready.

模式二：成立小組 ── 做決定，學領導
Mode 2: Start a Group ── Make decisions, learn to lead.
「我有想法，我想帶領大家一起做。」
"I have ideas, and I want to take the lead in making them happen together."

適合對象：已有概念、喜歡解決問題，或是想挑戰自我的孩子。

你能做什麼：

當發起人：邀請 6 - 10 位夥伴加入你的隊伍。
-
決定方向：觀察身邊的問題（例如：樓下公園的垃圾太多？），與隊員決定今年的目標。
-
落實計畫：在協會導師的協助下，帶領隊員完成你們的年度任務。
-
收穫：這不僅是做環保，更是學習「領導」。你將學會如何與人溝通、分配工作，並體會親手完成計畫的成就感。

Who this is for: Children who already have some ideas, enjoy problem-solving, or want to challenge themselves.

What you can do:

Be an Initiator: Invite 6–10 teammates to join your team.
-
Decide on a Direction: Observe problems around you (e.g., Is there too much trash in the park downstairs?) and determine this year’s goal with your team members.

Implement the Plan: With the assistance of Institute mentors, lead your team members to complete your annual mission.
-
What you gain: This goes beyond just environmental action; it is about learning "leadership." You will learn how to communicate with others, delegate tasks, and experience the sense of achievement that comes from personally completing a project.

Taking Action: Step out of the classroom to participate in sea glass workshops, coastal cleanups, and visit recycling facilities to understand where waste goes.

生態探索：觀察社區植物，透過繪畫紀錄自然，學習靜下心來觀察世界。Ecological Exploration: Observe plants in the community, document nature through drawing, and learn to calm down and observe the world.

小小策劃家：由孩子主導，運用這一年學到的知識，策劃一場屬於你們的活動。Junior Planners: Led by the children, applying the knowledge learned throughout the year to plan an event that belongs to the team.

讓行動延續
在旅程的最後，我們將共同見證孩子的成長。
孩子們將舉辦一場成果分享會，向父母、老師及公眾展示這一年來的努力與改變，分享他們眼中的綠色未來。
學習回饋：延續影響力 (Sustaining the Impact)
一個成熟的行動者，懂得如何讓好事持續發生。在分享會中，孩子將透過策劃活動（例如：發起線上籌款、舉辦小型義賣或分享環節），嘗試為「根與芽」計畫爭取支持。
這不是單純的籌款，而是讓孩子學習「資源永續」的重要一課。所籌得的款項，將全數用於支持下一年度的教材與活動，讓未來的學弟妹也能享有同樣的學習機會。透過這個過程，孩子將明白：自己的努力，能夠成為灌溉下一個種子的養分。
Annual Achievement Showcase: Letting Our Actions Continue
At the conclusion of this journey, we will come together to witness the children's growth.
Sharing Achievements The children will host an achievement showcase to present their hard work and transformation over the past year to parents, teachers, and the public, sharing their vision for a green future.
Learning to Give Back: Sustaining the Impact A mature changemaker understands how to ensure good work continues.
During the showcase, children will attempt to garner support for the "Roots & Shoots" program by planning activities (such as launching an online fundraiser, holding a small charity sale, or hosting sharing sessions).
This is not merely fundraising; it is a crucial lesson for children in "resource sustainability." All funds raised will be used entirely to support teaching materials and activities for the coming year, ensuring that future participants can enjoy the same learning opportunities. Through this process, children will come to understand that their efforts today can become the nourishment that waters the seeds of tomorrow.
